- We work you into our delivery schedule and let you know the  best day that fits your part of town
- We harvest the produce, generally the day before, though some comes from our cold storage facility as well.
- That night, or the next morning, we pack it and, our driver leaves for your area
- Your box of produce arrives at your door
- You unpack it, read our cool notes or recipes and enjoy

It's really that simple
